About Nelson's Landscaping

April comes to the ridges around Lebanon in a hurry: redbud smoke along the fencerows, mud drying in the field gaps off US 42, and lawns that go from brown to knee-high in what feels like a long weekend. Nelson's Landscaping meets that surge head-on, opening the season with a cleanup that takes the winter litter and matted leaves off the turf so the new growth has room. After that it settles into the steady part of the year, mowing at a height that suits the ground, trimming the corners a mower cannot reach, running a crisp line where the sod meets the drive. The pleasure of it is the moment the machine shuts off and the yard sits there, even and quiet, all one color. Around here that is what a well-kept place looks like.
