The Lescalleet Group

About The Lescalleet Group

Long before the doors open on the north end of Lancaster — the drives off Ety Road, the lots that fill by eight, a church parking lot on a Sunday — somebody has to have already been there. The Lescalleet Group works that early edge of the winter day: plowing, pushing snow to where it will not blind a driver backing out, clearing entries and walkways, spreading salt ahead of the freeze that follows a bright afternoon. Fairfield County storms rarely announce themselves politely; they show up late, quit early, and leave the whole thing to be done at once. The work is judged by absence — nothing sliding, nothing blocked, nobody late. That is enough.
