About Getz Landscaping

The sycamores along the Hocking hold the last of the light in July, white-barked and still glowing after the rest of the river has gone dim. Evening is the good hour for mowing in Lancaster — heat off the ground, the grass standing up straight, the smell of a fresh cut carrying two streets over. Getz Landscaping works that hour and the ones around it: cutting on a regular line, trimming what a deck cannot reach, edging the walks, cleaning up so a yard looks tended rather than attacked. Autumn brings the leaves and the long cleanups that put a property to bed. The pleasure is in the finish, judged from the curb.
