About Fernaje's Landscaping LLC
Spring comes late to the lakeshore — the water holds its winter cold into May and the breeze off it keeps Lakewood's grass a week behind the rest of Ohio. Fernaje's Landscaping starts anyway: raking winter's grit off the turf, cutting beds back to a firm line, taking the first mow high while the ground is still soft underfoot. Once the town greens up, the weekly rhythm sets in — level cut, trimmed fence rows, edges recut where the frost heaved them out of true. Autumn arrives all at once, and the leaves come off before they mat down over the crowns. It is a season-long argument with the weather, and the lawn is the proof of who won.
