About Cifuentes Landscaping and More LLC

Saturday on Madison Avenue starts slow — doors propped open, awnings out, nobody hurrying — and a block off the avenue the mowers are already running. Cifuentes Landscaping and More takes the residential streets between the storefronts, cutting lawns to a level plane, trimming close to porch steps and driveway aprons, mulching beds until the color under the shrubs reads deep and even. Lakewood's front yards are short, and short yards live or die on their lines. By afternoon the grass has that fresh-cut shine and every square of concrete has been blown clean out to the curb. It is a good feeling to leave a street looking better than the day found it.
