About Riley Property Solutions

Indian Lake goes quiet after Labor Day, and by January the wind crosses all that open water with nothing to slow it before it reaches Lakeview. Riley Property Solutions works those months — plowing drives, opening lots, clearing walks and steps for houses lived in year-round and cottages that only get checked on. Snow off open water drifts, so a lane cleared at midnight can close again by four, and the route simply gets run a second time. The good moment is a clean drive at first light with the lake lying flat and steel-colored beyond it. Around this end of Logan County, that is what winter service looks like done properly.
