Giallombardo Greenscapes

About Giallombardo Greenscapes

On the mornings when fog lifts off the Chagrin River and hangs in the bottomland below the ridges, Kirtland looks like it was invented for growing things. Giallombardo Greenscapes tends the lawns above those hollows — mowing, trimming around the sugar maples and the stone, edging the beds back to a clean shoulder, and pulling the leaf load off in fall before it can mat down the turf. River-valley ground is generous and moody, rich where it drains and sodden where it will not, and a lawn here is a conversation with both moods. The reward comes on the walk back at the end of an afternoon: the cut even, the trim lines true, and that just-mown smell that means summer to anyone raised in Lake County. Green, kept green, on purpose.
