About Steez Lawn Care LLC

Winter announces itself in Kettering with a wind that comes down flat and fast off the plains, and by four in the morning Stroop Road is a white ribbon under sodium light. Steez Lawn Care LLC is already out in that blue hour, plowing and shoveling drives and lots and laying salt so the first car of the day backs out onto bare pavement without a thought. There is real satisfaction in a cleared apron at dawn — the straight cut of the blade, the walk swept to its concrete seams, the mailbox reachable again. Then the freeze lets go, the Miami Valley greens almost overnight, and the same trucks trade steel for mower decks: cutting, trimming and edging yards from the ranch streets to the corner lots. Two kinds of work, one promise to the same neighbors — the drive open in January, the grass even in June.
