Earth Development

About Earth Development

At three in the morning the shopping-center lots along Wilmington Pike are a wide white nothing, and that is exactly when the plows go to work. Earth Development clears Kettering's snow on the schedule that matters — the entrance opened, the aisles cut, the walks shoveled and salted before headlights start arriving. Piles get stacked where they'll melt away from the pavement instead of running back across it in the afternoon freeze. There's an honest pride in an approach nobody notices, because nothing about it went wrong. Storm after storm through the Ohio winter, that's the work.
