Revolution Lawn

About Revolution Lawn

May in central Ohio is when the grass gets serious about it: warm nights, steady rain, and a lawn that gains an inch between visits. Revolution Lawn runs dawn to dusk through that stretch, mowing, trimming, edging and clearing clippings across Jerome Township and the roads leading out of it. Everything about the work turns, the blade, the wheels, the route that comes back around to the same yard on the same day. Nothing complicated in it, just arcs cut clean and lines that meet where they ought to. When the light goes soft over the fields, the whole day's worth of yards stands short and even behind you.
