Cut Above Lawn & Tree

About Cut Above Lawn & Tree

North of town the sandstone breaks open into the hemlock gorges at Lake Katharine, and something of that deep shade lives in Jackson's older yards too. Cut Above Lawn & Tree mows under those big canopies, trims close around trunks and surface roots, edges the drives, and keeps the thin shaded patches from surrendering to moss and bare dirt. October is the long month, when a yard is more leaf than grass and the work is raking, blowing and hauling until the turf shows itself again. Summer runs steadier — a weekly cut, a tidy line at the mailbox, the walk swept behind. Ordinary things done in order, and a yard that looks cared for by Friday evening.
