Russells Lawn Service

About Russells Lawn Service

Summer storms announce themselves early in Irwin: the sky over the western fields turns green-gray, the poplars flip their leaves, and everybody hurries to finish. Russells Lawn Service works to that clock — mowing, string trimming, edging along walks and drives, and clearing the cuttings before the rain arrives. Grass on this flat Union County ground grows fast after a soaking, and a lawn cut on schedule holds its lines all week instead of going shaggy by Thursday. A dry August asks for the opposite touch: a higher deck, a lighter hand, and patience until the green comes back. A small village, a row of lots, and every one of them looking tended — that is the point of the whole day.
