Central Liberty Properties

About Central Liberty Properties

Long before the offices around Mill Run and Trueman Boulevard fill up, a parking lot has to be pushed back, salted and returned to something a person can cross in dress shoes. Central Liberty Properties runs that early shift through the Hilliard winter, plowing lots and drives, opening walkways and entries, and treating ice ahead of the freeze that follows every afternoon melt. Gray light, orange beacons, the scrape and the backup alarm, and then quiet again with the lot lying flat and dark and open. Hilliard grew up out of farmland in a hurry, and all that new pavement has to be usable by seven o'clock. Getting it there before anybody arrives is the entire point of the night.
