About A&C Landscaping Services

At seven in the morning the Heritage Rail Trail is still damp, the crushed stone dark, the walkers not out yet. That is when A&C Landscaping Services gets the mowers turning on the yards backing onto the old corridor, while the light is low and long across Hilliard's flat ground. Mowing, trimming and edging make up the whole day's vocabulary, with cleanups in spring and again when the leaves let go. Grass here grows with real appetite once April warms the glacial till, and staying ahead of it is the good part of the job. By the time the bicycles come through, the lines are laid, the edge along the walk is cut sharp, and every clipping is blown back off the drive.
