Quintessential lawns

About Quintessential lawns

At four in the morning on Pleasant Avenue, the plow lights find the snow before anyone else does. Quintessential lawns runs the winter shift through Lindenwald and out along the Dixie — plowing drives, opening walks and lots, and laying down ice melt so the first step out the door is a safe one. Then April turns those same routes green and the work becomes mowing, trimming and edging on a steady rotation into the long Ohio Valley summer. A driveway cleared before sunrise and a lawn striped straight in June are the same promise kept in different weather. Hamilton wakes up either way; how it looks when it does is the point.
