About Ben Oaks Landscaping

West of the city the ground begins to roll toward Ross and Venice, and a hill turns every snowfall into a different problem — the drive that is fine at the house is glass at the bottom. Ben Oaks Landscaping does snow removal on exactly that terrain, plowing gravel and paved drives, opening walks and steps, spreading salt where a slope and a shadow keep ice long past noon. Storms come in off the northwest here and settle into the low ground to wait. There is a plain kind of pride in a long hillside drive lying dark and open while the pasture beside it stays white. Hamilton, Ross, Millville and the roads out that way.
