About E&R Property Services LLC

Granville's Broadway was laid out by people from New England, and it still shows — brick sidewalks, a wide main street, maples that go copper and gold the third week of October. E&R Property Services LLC keeps property here across both halves of the year: mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups while things are growing, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the hill roads start to slick over. Village lots are small and public, so the trim work around a front walk gets noticed, and so does whether the drive is open at seven on a January morning. There is a plain satisfaction in leaving a place looking settled, in either half. E&R covers Granville and Granville Township, with work in Newark, Alexandria and Heath.
