About Larry Dore & Associates

A parking lot at eleven at night in Genoa Township is an empty white field with light poles in it. That is where Larry Dore & Associates spends the storm — pushing lanes open, stacking the piles where they will not block a sightline, salting the aisles and the walks so the first car in the morning finds pavement. Ohio storms here can be a two-inch nuisance or a long, blowing night that keeps filling in behind the truck, and both get the same routes run until they are finished. Entrances, loading areas and sidewalks are cleared so a business can open on its usual hour. When the sun comes up on a clear lot, the night was worth it.
