About Seal the Deal Property Management, LLC

The lots off Rockside Road have to be open before the first employee turns in, which means the work happens while the rest of Garfield Heights is asleep. Seal the Deal Property Management, LLC handles that window — plowing lots and drives, clearing entryways and walks, salting the aprons and the spaces where ice sets up first. Winter here does not negotiate; storms stack through the night and the ground stays frozen for weeks at a stretch. The measure of the job is simple: nobody slips, nobody gets stuck, nobody has to think about it. Doing it well means going unnoticed, which is its own kind of pride.
