About Ground Up Property Services

Lake Erie is far enough north to be out of sight and close enough to send its snow down over Portage County for days at a stretch. Ground Up Property Services meets that with plows and salt, opening farm drives and lots, clearing walkways, and coming back through when the lake decides to add another four inches after dark. The warm half of the year is mowing and trimming, edging, and getting the leaves off the ground before it freezes underneath them. Properties out here are long and open, so the plan accounts for where drifts will build against a treeline before the first blade ever drops. Getting somebody out to Route 88 on a white morning is the sort of small victory that makes the whole night worth it.
