About Mow-Ments Lawn & Land Care, LLC

Hardin County runs straight: section roads at right angles, corn to the horizon, and the Forest grain elevator standing up over the fields like a lighthouse. Weather arrives here with nothing in its way — summer storms visible twenty minutes out, and January wind that lifts snow off open ground and lays it back across a driveway as fast as you can clear it. Mow-Ments Lawn & Land Care, LLC works both halves of that year, mowing and edging through the long green stretch, then plowing drives, walks and lots once the fields go white. There is a particular pleasure in a driveway opened at first light with the banks pushed back wide, so the drifting has somewhere else to go. And another kind entirely in a lawn mown at dusk in July, the lines running true because nothing out here makes them wander.
