About Sponsler Brothers Lawn Care and Snow Removal L.L.C.

The Blanchard River wanders through Findlay slow and green — the stream a hometown songwriter is said to have had in mind when he wrote "Down by the Old Mill Stream." Summer along those banks is thick and humid and the lawns above them grow like they mean it, which is where Sponsler Brothers Lawn Care and Snow Removal L.L.C. comes in: mowing on a set week, trimming tight to fences and foundations, cutting an edge you could run a finger along. Then the river goes gray, the willows go bare, and the same trucks carry blades — drives opened, walks shoveled, salt where the shade keeps ice all day. One crew, two weathers, the same street either way. The pride is in the finish: nothing half-done, nothing left behind.
