Cutters and Clippers

About Cutters and Clippers

The name says the two motions the job runs on — the wide cut and the close clip. A few blocks out from Dorney Plaza, September lawns in Findlay come back to life after the August grind, and Cutters and Clippers is out mowing, trimming tight to foundations and fences, and edging the walks back to a clean line. When the year turns, the same trucks go to plowing and clearing driveways, sidewalks and lots so nobody has to fight their way to the car. Cleanups bracket the seasons: leaves down in autumn, winter's leftovers raked out come spring. Findlay rewards steady hands, and a yard that looks the same every Friday afternoon is its own kind of promise.
