About B&C tree and lawn care

By the middle of October the oaks and hickories on the ridges above Fayette Township turn the whole skyline copper, and then the wind takes it all down into the yards below. B&C tree and lawn care spends those short weeks moving leaf drifts off lawns, cutting the grass down for the cold, and clearing the corners where the drift piles deepest. Through the growing months it is steadier work: mowing, trimming the tight spots a mower cannot reach, and running a clean edge along walks and beds. The hill light comes in low and sideways this time of year, and it shows every line a mower leaves. There is a plain kind of pride in handing back a yard that looks emptied and squared away, ready for the first hard frost off the river.
