About Hotncold Landscaping

Fairview Park runs right up to the lip of the Rocky River valley, where the Metroparks' green corridor drops away below the streets and carries the noise off with it. The name says the year plainly, and so does the work: mowing, trimming, edging and yard cleanups while the valley is loud with leaves, then plowing, drive clearing and shoveled walks once the west side turns hard and white. Hotncold Landscaping treats both ends the same way — get it right, leave it clean, come back when it needs it. A summer driveway line cut true and a January drive scraped down to the concrete are cousins, honestly. Fairview Park and the nearby western Cuyahoga County suburbs are the ground covered.
