About Snow Xcellence, LLC

On the coldest nights fog lifts off the Great Miami and settles low in the bottomlands west of town, and when the air underneath it drops, every step and rail and windshield in Fairfield wakes up wearing glass. Snow Xcellence, LLC watches those systems climb the Ohio Valley from the southwest and is out ahead of them, plowing drives and lots, shoveling porch steps and front walks, spreading salt at the low corner of the pavement where meltwater always finds its way. Winter here rarely commits to one thing — six inches of powder, then rain, then a hard freeze by Tuesday — so the answer is timing as much as equipment. A drive opened before five in the morning is the difference between a normal day and a day nobody gets back. The work ends where it should: pavement showing, the shovel line clean against the grass, and a household that never has to think about it.
