About Roman Landscaping LLC

June holds its light late in Fairfield, and the long gold hour after supper is when the streets off Pleasant Avenue look their best. Roman Landscaping LLC spends those hours on the ordinary blocks — mowing, running the string trimmer down fence lines and around mailbox posts, cutting a true edge along walks, then clearing the beds and laying fresh mulch so the ground answers the color of the house. This corner of Ohio grows fast and grows wet, and a single rainy week can turn a tidy yard shaggy overnight, which is why the work is a rhythm rather than an event. There is a particular satisfaction in the moment the mower shuts off and the yard goes quiet and even, the smell of cut grass drifting a block down toward the Village Green. A lawn kept this way stops being a chore somebody owes and turns back into the front of a home.
