About Trolli Landscaping & Snowplowing Inc.

East 185th to East 260th, the numbered streets run north toward the water like teeth on a comb, and after enough winters a plow route lives in your hands — which apron scrapes, which corner drifts, which drive has to be taken at an angle. Trolli Landscaping & Snowplowing Inc. runs Euclid on that kind of memory: driveways and lots plowed, walkways cleared, salt on the ice that forms where wind funnels between houses. Snow here keeps no schedule; it arrives in bands off the lake and stops whenever it feels like stopping. So the truck goes back out, and out again, until every property on the list is open. A street of cleared driveways at first light is a good thing to have made.
