About Guardians of Grass Landscaping
Between St. Clair Avenue and the shore the blocks run flat and steady, one modest front lawn after another, and in high summer they all get judged together. Guardians of Grass Landscaping keeps its stretch of that ribbon looking cared for: mowing at a height that holds color through a dry August, trimming close around posts and foundations, edges cut in along the walks, clippings cleared off the concrete. Cleanups in March and November take the ends of the year, and hedge trimming keeps the front of a house from disappearing behind its own shrubs. There is a quiet pride in a block where every yard on the route looks like somebody showed up.
