About Rohan Lawn & Property Maintenance LLC

Elyria starts where two rivers agree: the East and West Branches of the Black River fold together below Cascade Park, water stepping down shale ledges that were here long before anyone poured a driveway above them. Rohan Lawn & Property Maintenance LLC keeps to the early hours over those ravines, when mist is still climbing out of the gorge and a mower is the first sound on the block. Summer work is straight lines laid across a lawn, a crisp edge cut along the walk, and the clippings gone before the heat leans in. Winter work starts earlier still — the plow out ahead of the alarm clocks, driveways opened down to bare pavement, salt on the steps while the streetlights are still doing all the lifting. The measure is plain: a yard someone is glad to pull up to, and a path someone crosses without thinking about it at all.
