About Hapner Lawn & Landscape

Fair week in August fills Eaton with the smell of cut grass and dust off the fairgrounds, and it is a good reminder of how much of this town happens on a lawn. Hapner Lawn & Landscape spends those long humid weeks mowing, trimming and edging, keeping yards even and open through the stretch when the grass grows faster than anyone can watch. When the year turns and the fields west of town go white, the same hands are out plowing drives and putting salt down on walks before dawn. Preble County weather does not negotiate, so the answer is simply showing up for it, twice a year in two different uniforms of work. A tidy yard in high summer and a clear drive in deep winter are the same promise, kept in different weather.
