About 513 Landscaping LLC

Delhi Township wakes slowly on the hills above the Ohio, fog still pooled in the hollows while the first mowers warm up along Delhi Pike. 513 Landscaping LLC works those early hours, mowing, trimming and edging the long front lawns that step down toward the water. There is a plain satisfaction in a yard finished by ten o'clock — clippings swept off the walk, the border beside the drive drawn as sharp as a pencil line. Summer in this valley runs humid and generous, grass climbing fast in the river air, and staying ahead of it is the whole of the work. The route runs through Delhi Township and out to its neighbors in Covedale, Sayler Park, Price Hill and Green Township, one lawn at a time.
