About Property Worx, LLC

At midnight a parking lot in Delaware is the quietest place in the county, and the best possible hour to be working in one. Property Worx, LLC plows and salts lots, drives and access lanes so the first shift, the first delivery and the first customer all arrive on clean pavement. Snow here tends to start on a low gray Sunday and keep on through Monday's commute, so the routes get run more than once and the piles get put where nobody has to look around them. Entryways and walks are shoveled and treated by hand, in the places a plow has no business going. Almost nobody sees the work; everybody uses it.
