About Kaser Property Services LLC

At four in the morning after a clipper has come through, US-23 is a line of headlights and salt haze, and Delaware is still asleep under six new inches. Kaser Property Services LLC is out in it — plowing drives and lots, shoveling the walks and steps by hand, spreading ice melt where the wind has scoured a patch down to glass. Snow in this part of Ohio is rarely deep and often mean: a wet fall, then a hard freeze, then drifting across the open county roads. The aim is simple and it does not change, storm to storm — the drive clear before the first car needs it, the path to the door safe in the dark. Township drives and lots, every storm, until March finally lets go.
