About Jakes Outdoor Services LLC

Central Ohio thunderstorms announce themselves from the west — a green-gray shelf standing over the fields a full hour before they arrive, and everyone in Delaware learns to read that sky. Jakes Outdoor Services LLC works the dry hours in between: mowing, trimming, edging, clearing the cuttings off the pavement before the rain can paste them down. July here is hot and close, and the grass answers every storm with another two inches, which is why the route runs on rhythm rather than whim. Done right, a yard comes out of a wet week looking like it was never touched by one — even height, sharp borders, nothing left behind. That is the standard, all summer, across the township and the roads out of it.
