Setser's Lawn care

About Setser's Lawn care

The last cut of October in Defiance township comes with frost on the shaded half of the yard and the sun too low to burn it off before nine. Setser's Lawn care makes that pass — mowing a final time, trimming the borders tight, running the walks and drives clean, and clearing the leaves down so the turf goes into winter uncovered. All summer it is the same rotation, week over week, keeping the height even and the edges defined. There is a particular pride in a yard put to bed correctly, brown-green and bare and squared up. Come April the difference shows before anything else greens.
