About Kellermyer Inc

Out along the highway on the edge of Defiance the lots run wide, the light poles stand tall, and everything looks bigger when it is empty at four in the morning. Kellermyer Inc runs that hour in winter — plow trucks laying open the aisles of a parking lot, clearing entrances and sidewalks, spreading salt before the first shift arrives to find the place already handled. In the growing season the same ground gets mowed and trimmed, edges cut along curbs and islands, spring and fall cleanups carried off. A property reads as cared for from the road, which is why the pass gets made twice when once would do. Defiance keeps working, and so do the trucks.
