About Phillips Lawn & Landscape

Huber Heights was built out in brick, street after street of it, and from above the lawns must look like one long ribbon running north toward the Great Miami. Phillips Lawn & Landscape works that ribbon in summer — mowing, trimming, edging where sod meets the drive — and in winter pushes it clear again with plow and shovel, salting the walks that face away from the sun. The ground here lies flat enough that snow stays put and grass grows even, which makes both jobs a matter of consistency. Doing the same street well, over and over, is the entire art of it. Neighbors notice where the line stops and starts.
