About Miami Valley Yard and Home LLC

Down by Germantown the land folds along Twin Creek and the farm edge presses right up against the neighborhoods. Spring arrives there as mud first and green second, and by late April the mowers have to start whether the ground has dried or not. Miami Valley Yard and Home LLC handles both ends of that year — mowing, trimming and edging as the valley greens, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the creek bottoms fog over and freeze. Tending a whole property in every month teaches you where water runs and where ice will sit. A yard that looks intentional in summer and a drive you can back out of in winter: that is what the work is for.
