About American Pride Property Maintenance LLC

There is an hour north of the city — Vandalia, Northridge, the flat stretch out toward the airport — when the parking lots are empty and the sodium lights turn falling snow orange. American Pride Property Maintenance LLC is out in it, pushing lanes open and salting the walk-up doors so the first shift never learns there was a storm. Come May the same properties want mowing, trimming and edging, the borders held tight against mulch beds and curb lines. It is maintenance in the true sense: work you only see when nobody has done it. Dayton's weather swings hard in both directions, and the answer to either swing is showing up early.
