Gempel Lawn & Garden

About Gempel Lawn & Garden

Late March in Cuyahoga Falls is all thaw and mud — the ground softening, the first shoots coming up along Keyser Park, and every lawn in town looking like it needs somebody to pay attention to it. Gempel Lawn & Garden starts right there with spring cleanup and bed edging, then settles into the rhythm of mowing, trimming and clipping cleanup that carries all the way to the fall leaf haul. A cut edge between grass and mulch is a small piece of geometry, and it makes everything around it look intentional. The work stays close to home: Cuyahoga Falls first, then Stow, Munroe Falls, Silver Lake, Tallmadge and Akron. Green comes back every year; the trick is being ready for it.
