About McCoy Property Management LLC

The old canal towpath runs quiet along Roscoe Village while the properties beside it change hands and tenants and the water stays exactly where it is. McCoy Property Management LLC keeps grounds on that same steady footing — grass cut on schedule, trimming and edging, beds tended, cleanups when spring and fall call for them, and the plow, shovel and salt once the calendar turns. Managing property is largely a matter of nothing going wrong in public view: walk clear, lawn cut, lot passable at seven in the morning. Occupied or empty, a place ought to look like somebody is paying attention to it. Across a Coshocton year that comes to fifty-two small decisions made on time.
