Virgin Landscape

About Virgin Landscape

Along the Olentangy, Columbus folds into wooded ravines where yards slope beneath old trees and the leaves come down heavy every November. Virgin Landscape works through that season and the green months before it, mowing lawns through the Ohio summer and clearing them out in fall so the grass enters winter clean. There's a rhythm to it: the regular cut, the trimmed edge along the drive, the final pass when the oaks are bare and the river runs low and clear. As Columbus keeps spreading outward, a lawn kept with this kind of care still makes a home feel rooted.
