About Summit Property Maintenance

North of the outerbelt the ground lifts just enough to matter — a system that falls as rain near the river comes down as snow up around Polaris and Lewis Center. Summit Property Maintenance runs snow removal along that seam: plowing commercial lots and residential drives, opening entrances and sidewalks, laying salt ahead of the freeze that trails every central Ohio thaw. Night shifts are the ordinary shift here, with the phone propped against the windshield and the radar going green to blue. Lanes opened, corners cut square, accessible spaces and crosswalk lines taken down to the pavement. Then home, a few hours of sleep, and another look at the sky.
