Holleywood Lawn And Landscape

About Holleywood Lawn And Landscape

Saturday morning in west Columbus: crape myrtles shedding pink onto red-clay driveways, somebody's radio two houses down, bikes dropped flat in the grass. Holleywood Lawn And Landscape moves through mornings like that with mowers, trimmers and blowers, and leaves a street tidier than it found it. The cut comes first, then the edge along the walk, then the corners and the fence posts, then everything blown back onto the lawn where it belongs. A yard that has been squared away has a particular look — hedged lines honest, grass one height, pavement clean to the curb. It is ordinary work that makes a house look loved from the road, which is not ordinary at all.
