About WBS Lawn Service

At four in the morning a township road is the loneliest place in Ohio, and that is exactly when the plow work happens. WBS Lawn Service pushes drives and lots clear in Columbus City township, opening walks and breaking ice loose so the morning can proceed as though nothing had fallen. Out here the wind moves snow twice — once from the sky, once off the open fields into the same drift by the fencerow — and the second time is the harder one. The measure of the night is simple: an open lane, a gate you can reach, a car that gets out. Then the sun comes up on it and the day belongs to everybody else.
