About Southwest Landscape Management

Before the first car turns into a lot along the Columbia Station stretch of Route 252, somebody has already been out there in the dark. Southwest Landscape Management works commercial ground through the winter here — plowing lanes, stacking snow where it will not blind a driver backing out, salting the run of walk between the door and the parking stripes. Under sodium light a freshly cleared lot looks almost ceremonial: wide, empty and waiting. Then the day begins and nobody thinks about it once, which is exactly the compliment the job is after. Storm after storm, that is the arrangement.
