About Northmark Property Services

Snow reaches this side of Franklin County on a west wind, and it usually falls hardest around two in the morning, hours before anyone in Clinton township has thought about the commute. Northmark Property Services is out in it, plowing drives and lots, clearing walkways down to bare pavement, spreading salt where ice likes to set up in the shaded ravines not far from the Olentangy. Nothing beats the moment headlights swing onto a lot that is already black and open while everything around it is still buried. Columbus is close enough that one blocked entrance backs up an entire morning, so the work happens ahead of the alarm clocks. Winter here is short-tempered and hard to predict, and the answer is simply to be there first.
