About Paul Balukas Handyman & Snow Plowing

A storm that starts at dinnertime is the honest kind — it tells you what the night is going to be, and then it takes it. Paul Balukas Handyman & Snow Plowing heads out into those evenings to plow drives, clear walks and lay down salt on the narrow streets and tight parking pads that fill up fastest between the ridge and the water. One truck, a route learned by heart, and a preference for coming back through twice rather than leaving a drive half-open. Where a blade can't reach — behind a car, along a stoop, up a set of brick steps — the shovel finishes it. The rest of the year, the same hands take on the household repairs and odd jobs that keep a place in order.
