Handyman and Snow Plow

About Handyman and Snow Plow

Winter around here is rarely one clean event. It's a thaw on Tuesday, a hard refreeze Wednesday night, and by Thursday a plate of ice waiting at the foot of every drive along Mt Nebo Road. Handyman and Snow Plow runs against that rhythm — plowing and shoveling when the storm comes, then chopping and treating the ice that the freeze-thaw keeps rebuilding, and handling the odd repairs a house needs in the gaps between. There is real pleasure in coming back to a drive that has been fighting its owner all week and leaving it flat, gritted and walkable. A township of steep entries and north-facing steps gives you plenty of chances to get that right. Off-season, the same truck and the same hands turn to the small fixes that never quite make it onto anyone's list.
